FOCALL provides a cost saving by taking advantage of the fact that all Mobile Network Operators charge too much for Mobile to Mobile calls, especially overseas. At ROK Mobile we use landline systems to work as the 'hop' in the middle between the two mobile phones (you are your friends) to make a saving. You don't have to do any more and your friends still see the number that is calling them as yours.

Give me an example of FOCALL call savings?

If you are calling Pakistan from the UK on a mobile phone it will cost you as much as £1.65 per minute (Vodafone Pay As You Go) with FOCALL it will cost £0.35 per minute.

Which Countries can I use FOCALL in?

You can use FOCALL in the UK only at the moment, we will add extra Countries on a regular basis. If you have a UK Mobile Network account you can call from anywhere in the world while traveling or on holiday.

What do I need to use FOCALL?

All you need to use FOCALL is a mobile phone with a current Mobile Network SIM (any network) and a data account. This is sometimes known as the Mobile Internet or WAP. This comes standard with most SIMS and if you do not have it you can have it set up quickly by your existing operator. Just give them a quick call.

What is Data?

Data is a name most Mobile Network Operators use to describe using the Mobile Internet or WAP. Data is what is used when you browse the mobile internet. It is usually referred to in Mega Bytes or Kilo Bytes.

How do I call someone?

The first time you call someone, you simply click on the link that has been provided for you on SMS. Once the link has loaded you can choose from your contacts. You can add contacts from the mobile or from the website. Once you have added a contact once, they are there every time until you choose to delete them. You then click the person you want to call and then click the Call button and that is it. You are calling as normal.

Why do I have to pay?

Although FOCALL dramatically reduces calls overseas, there is still a small charge, so we have to charge you for this and make a small profit ourselves. If you use your mobile phone an average amount of time then you will save money every call.

How do I charge my account up?

You can charge up your account from the website that you signed up from. This can be done by either Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.

How do I know when my account has run out?

When you use the FOCALL Mobile site, you are told how many credits you have, this will help you know when you are likely to run out, if you run out mid call, then the service will let you know and you then have to charge up your FOCALL account again.
